This registration form is designed to gather the necessary information to schedule an assessment using the WPS Tests of Dyslexia (TOD). The TOD is a research-based tool that provides an accurate and comprehensive evaluation of reading-related challenges, including dyslexia.
Our screening cost is $50 which includes 3 assessments.
Screening plus our Comprehensive Assessments range between $180 and $600 depending on assessments given. All assessments include a personalized report.
